The following Churches were incorporated into St. Francis of Assisi, Logan WV on June 18,1996. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel (1911), and St. Mary, Holden WV (1961).

St. Edmund Chapel, Man WV

The territory of St. Edmund Parish, Man WV, is merged into the territory of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Logan WV, with the Church changed to the status of “Chapel within the territory of St. Francis of Assisi Parish” effective November 26, 2017.
